A fun mixed impact class which includes aerobics, conditioning and core exercises for a full body workout. Choreographed to the latest hits, with high/low options throughout this workout is for all levels of fitness.

Body Combat

A combination of moves and stances to up beat music and choreographed moves. This hour-long energetic class raises fitness levels while reducing fat and cholesterol.


Body Pump

A fantastic class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat burning.


Bootcamp Circuit

Take your body to its limits with our effective bootcamp circuit. Work your entire body by going from one exercise to another, in this class you will work, sweat, but best of all you will burn calories like crazy!


Cardio Tennis

A high energy fitness class that combines the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise.


CXWORX

Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together.


Fitness Yoga

This incorporates deep stretches and yoga stretches combined with Pilates. It will greatly enhance your flexibility, core stabilisation and posture.


GRIT: Cardio

This explosive, 30-minute team training session combines high impact body weight exercises and uses no equipment.

GRIT: Plyo

Combining the principles of plyometrics and power agility training, these 30-minute team training sessions on a bench will build a powerful, agile and athletic body.

GRIT: Strength

This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

Low Aerobics

Our range of fitness sessions for over 50’s are uniquely designed to address your changing body’s needs and to inspire you to get in the best shape of your life.


Low Circuit

A low intensity class including strengthening and toning exercises. Aimed at beginners or those returning to exercise.


Pilates

A gentle and effective form of exercise that can be practised by people of all ages and abilities. Floor based session with slow controlled movements to strengthen and tone the body, improving posture and increasing flexibility.


Tai Chi

This is an exercise therapy system that works with slow and controlled body movements. Exercise in coordination with breathing and meditation promotes inward and outward calm and proper relaxation.


Thump Boxing

Still one of the most effective methods to lose weight, tone muscles and build strength. Involves mainly boxing combinations, cardio drills and specific boxing exercises. This class is designed for beginner to advanced levels of fitness.


Xtreme Fitness

This is the hardest, most extreme workout you will experience. So, if you are fitness crazy and ready to dig deeper, this maximum interval training with killer cardio and explosive strength training willgive you maximum results.


Zumba

A Latin inspired, easy to follow programme that blends red hot international music whilst being an exhilarating, calorie-burning dance.
